I believe we are each our own greatest teacher—and yet, in the fast pace of life, it’s easy to lose touch with our inner wisdom. For years, I moved through life driven by ambition, perfectionism, and the need to be everything for everyone. It wasn’t until I softened, slowed down, and truly listened that I began to understand the depth of my feminine gifts and the ancestral wisdom that flows through me.

My journey began in the world of clinical nutrition, where I completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. But even with all the tools and knowledge, I found myself burnt out, anxious, and disconnected from my body. It was through meditation, Reiki, and energy healing that I returned home to myself—and from that space of embodiment, my true work began.

Today, I support women who are ready to let go of control, soften into their divine feminine, and honour the power of their lineage. My offerings are sacred invitations—to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the ancient wisdom that lives in your womb, your heart, and your spirit.

As a fourth-generation clairvoyant and medium, I hold space for healing, remembrance, and empowerment through rose readings, womb mapping journeys, Reiki infused with the frequency of the rose, meditation journeys, house and energy clearings, and women’s circles. Everything I offer is grounded in unconditional love, spiritual integrity, and a deep respect for the mysteries of the feminine.

Though I’ve spent my time in private practice supporting stress, skin, hormones and fertility, that work now lives within my separate business, Panacea Nutrition & Wellness. The space you're in now is devoted to intuitive guidance, sacred circles and deep soul nourishment.
